Important Update

The sessions for 2023 for the Nauvoo Discovery Program have been postponed until January 2024 due to storm damage following a derecho that occurred in June.

A program designed for online college students to experience on-campus life while exploring the Midwest and Historic Nauvoo, gain in-depth knowledge of American and local history, build a network with business owners and community figures in Nauvoo, and live with people from all over the country, who are enrolled in different universities and colleges!

Living

We offer dorm style housing with a variety of room layouts located near Historic Nauvoo. Each dorm room has a private bathroom and comes in either single, double, or quad accommodations. We also provide meal plans to meet everyone's needs! 

Learning

Continue to participate in your own college studies through online coursework and expand your experiences by taking part in seminars and classes on various topics including local history, American History, the Midwest, Business, and more!

Exploring

Take part in excursions to historic sites, nearby towns and cities, and exciting local activities. Participate in service projects to make an impact on the communities you visit and live in. Develop an understanding of the Midwest and why so many call it home.
